Aurora, IL newest event space. CBC is here to accommodate all your small and intimate events. Our space can host a variety of gatherings including, but not limited to baby and bridal showers, photoshoots, gender reveals , pop-up shops, birthday gatherings, seminars, and much more. Services  Offered
Basic Package
Venue Rental Only
$75/ hr (Minimum 3 hours) +$100 refundable security deposit. This package includes tables, chairs, bluetooth speaker, and wifi.

Add- on +$100
This package includes the basic package plus the following:
1.Charger plates
2.Napkins
3.1 small centerpiece for each table

Basic+Premium Package
Add-on+$150
With the Premium package you can enjoy the standard package along with some great add-ons:

4.Candles & candle holdersÂ
5.Table runner
Basic+Deluxe
Add-on +$200 and up
This package is a wonderful way to add a unique element to your special event. Our Deluxe package includes everything in the Premium package plus these wonderful additions:

Rent our space for 6 hours and pay a flat rate of $400. Each additional hour is $50.
